Cricket Field Tot Playground

This is a nice small playground tucked next to Cricket Field in Needham. There is one climbing structure for children under five with slides, a rubber rock climbing wall and mini table with benches. There are swings for children of all ages, a seesaw and tube to crawl through or hide in. The equipment is new and arranged well in a shady section of the field. Because the playground is small, it probably can't accomodate many children at one time. Try to visit in the morning when it isn't crowded.

Additional information

There are adjacent playing fields, picnic tables, drinking fountains and bathroom facilities that are sometimes open.

Directions

From Highland Ave, take a right onto Webster Street before you head into Needham Heights. Take a left onto Hillside Ave and a quick right onto Sunnyside Road. You may park in front of the field and cross over them to get to the playground on the far side, or take the sidewalk around.
