Building 19 sells an assortment of paper goods, party bags, wrapping paper, bows, invitations and other party supplies. The selection is not great but if you find something you like, the prices are great. Some items seem tattered because they are rejects/overstock from other stores, but they are usually in decent condition. If you are trying to save money, it is worth a visit before you buy all of your party goods.
